This stand fits the standard sized Teppan Grill (29" x 29"). Stand height is 19" bringing the flat-top cooking height up to 36".

This griddle plate is made out of 3/16" (5 mm) carbon steel and will need to be seasoned before use, and periodically oiled to keep it from rusting.

Replace your standard cooking grills in the Black Earth 400 grill with this griddle plate for ultimate versatility.

This griddle plate is made out of 0.135" (3.5 mm) carbon steel and will need to be seasoned before use, and periodically oiled to keep it from rusting.
