Grilled Pizza

  • Turn the gas burners to maximum:
  • Turn gas dials all the way up.
  • Set the wood pellet control to manual maximum:- Unplug the temperature probe on the back of the grill and turn the wood control dial all the way up.
  • Place pizza stone in the middle of the grill.
  • Let the grill and pizza stone heat up for 15 minutes.
  • Prepare your pizza dough (thin crust turns out best).
  • Lightly spread pasta sauce over the dough and finish with toppings and cheese of your choice.
  • Use a pizza peel to carefully slide the pizza onto the hot stone.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes (or until crust is golden brown).
  • Devour.
